Meet our Pastor
Dr. Thomas Goggins was ordained and licensed as a minister through the Church of God in Christ in 2004. He served under the leadership of the late Nathan L. Simmons, founder of the Citadel of Hope Evangelistic Church of God in Christ in Atlanta, Georgia. Pastor Goggins served for eight years as a deacon and pastoral armor-bearer.
In 2006, he and his wife Teresa were called to pastor. In 2007, they founded Thy Kingdom Has Come International Ministries in Cobb County, Georgia.
Dr. Goggins is admired for his fathering spirit, revelatory knowledge of the Word, and compassionate nature. His passion points in ministry include male vocational training and empowerment to become the leaders they were created to be.
He’s the author of True Acceptance, a story of faith and manhood, and in 2017, he received an honorary doctorate from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida. His international ministry works include Bermuda, South Africa, Ghana, Liberia and Nigeria. Pastor Goggins has been in holy matrimony with his wife for over 35 years, with whom he has three daughters, Chassidy, Keirra, and Savoi.
He is a retired North Georgia Sheriff and continues living out his purpose through the roles of husband, father, mentor, pastor, and so much more.

Dr. Teresa Goggins is an intercessor, pastor, spiritual mother, mentor, coach, and international preacher. She earned the title “General in the Faith” with over 20 years of ministry training and preaching experience.
She is the founder and visionary of several ministries and programs. Lady T.Goggins Ministries (LTGM) is where she preaches and facilitates workshops for the Body of Christ. She founded two mentoring programs, Face 2 Face and Open Door Mentoring, where she instructs mentees to become their best selves while executing their God-given purpose and Trained to Conquer, the annual spiritual warfare conference that equips the Church with spiritual strategies and intel to combat the unseen.
In addition to her preaching exploits, she serves as the spiritual covering for several external ministries and organizations and is a pastor alongside her husband, Thomas Goggins, for Thy Kingdom Has Come International Ministries in Mableton, Georgia. She’s also the author of the internationally known book series Trained to Conquer: A Strategic Manuel to Intercession, its sequel, Conquering Faith, and the upcoming title, Conquering Fear. Her international ministry works include Bermuda, South Africa, Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria.
Dr. Goggins earned an Adolescent and Christian Family Counseling degree in 2000 from Antioch Bible College and Seminary of Atlanta, Georgia. She is a licensed evangelist through the Church of God in Christ School of Ministry and served under the leadership of the late Nathan L. Simmons. 2017, she received doctorate honors from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida, and is currently a student at Oral Roberts University studying leadership.
She’s been in holy matrimony with her husband for over 35 years and has three daughters: Chassidy, Keirra, and Savoi. Before working full-time in ministry, she was a global corporate hotel sales manager. Her greatest desire is to be totally and wholly used by God. She wants to relinquish every dream and idea and mantle to leave this Earth empty. To God be the Glory.
