Minister Latoria Harris

October 2026 marks 23 years in international logistics and customs brokerage for Latoria Harris. What began with a receptionist position at Yang Ming Line in Savannah, Georgia, developed into a career dedicated to international trade, logistics, customs brokerage, and strategic leadership.

Throughout her career, Latoria has served leading U.S. importers while also using her international experience to serve communities around the world. Following the close of Heizwerthy Customs & Freight Solutions, she continues her work in the logistics industry as a consultant, serving as a Chief Trade and Strategy Officer and providing leadership in trade, compliance, logistics, and business strategy.

In addition to her logistics career, Latoria has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and web development. She has used those skills to support small businesses, associations, nonprofit organizations, leadership training programs, bookstores, and educational initiatives within the logistics industry.

Latoria is an ordained and licensed Christian Minister who holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Visual Communications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. At Thy Kingdom Has Come International Ministries (TKHC), she serves in Missions and Education Curriculum and also serves as an Administrator and member of the Media Department.

Her professional expertise and ministry service share a common thread: reaching people beyond borders. Whether through international trade, missions, education, administration, or media, Latoria uses her experience and gifts to serve people, strengthen organizations, and advance the work entrusted to her.

Why I Love Serving Through Missions

“For years, I served the world from behind a desk through international logistics, but I desired to serve people directly through humanitarian logistics. Missions allowed me to combine my professional experience, love for people, and desire to serve God beyond borders, fulfilling both a career aspiration and a sense of purpose.”
